Welcome to Metroplex Chapel Youth Group!

We are excited you want to check us out. Any and all are welcome on Wednesday Nights and Sunday mornings in the hopes you will find a place to belong in the love and care of a great youth group family in Jesus Christ. Wednesday night gatherings are at 7:00 P.M. in the youth hall & Sunday mornings start at 9:00 A.M. in the Donut Shop in the Worship Center Foyer followed by Worship through song & Word in the Sanctuary at 10 A.M. We look forward to being with you!

We believe in One God, our Father, who is revealed most truly through His Son Jesus Christ, through His Holy Spirit who is living and active in us and in our world today. They are three different people, but one God. We call this Trinity.

We believe the best ways to know this amazing and living God is through His Word, prayer, and community that we call church.

Our deepest goal and desire as a youth group is to know Jesus Christ, and in knowing Him that we might find out who we are according to God our Father. As we find these things true in us, we seek to live them out in what is known as God’s Kingdom through us in community together, discipleship, worship, and reaching and serving others. To narrow it down, our goal is loving God with all we are and loving others.

Join us Wednesday Nights in the Youth Hall from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. and find a place to belong! Come hang out before at 6:00 to 6:55 for time having fun together, and you can stay as late as 9:00.

Join us in the Donut Shop in the Worship Center Foyer for reading God’s word and examining it together at 9:00 a.m. with donuts to snack on. We would love for you to stay with us as we then gather at 10:00 a.m. in the MC Worship Center for Worship in Song and Word.

We are a youth family community that finds life together several ways:

Yearly Events:

Extravaganza: our spring time retreat to display our gifts, talents and abilities with our Nazarene West Texas District (snuextravaganza.com), being renewed in our life with Jesus every evening with powerful services.

End of School Bash: Every year at the end of school we celebrate together the completion of another school year! Activities and events vary year to year, attending the graduation ceremonies of any graduating seniors over that weekend.

West Texas Summer Camp Crave: Usually the 2nd full week of June, Monday through Friday. Lives are changed and shaped through retreating to our district campground and encountering the living God daily together.

Back to School Bash with Six Flags Naz Nite: Every year around late August or early September our region rents out Six Flags Over Texas from 6:00 11:00 p.m. for a discounted price and a free return ticket (plus short lines!). We also love to join this evening by celebrating another school year by time together and a Sunday sending service.

Christmas Party and Christmas Lights Tour: Every year in December we love celebrating the coming of God in flesh through partying together and seeing Christmas lights together.

Other Activities: We love baseball games, movies, game days and times, and simply having fun. We simply love being together by sharing good and creating great memories! Events vary throughout the year.

We love living out the love of God together, showing love to any and all in the name of Jesus Christ.

Community Powered Revitalization: We participate with our local mission organization 6 Stones for CPR, which is a joint effort between 6 Stones, the cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford, along with various businesses, nonprofit organizations and churches to help homeowners who are struggling to make necessary home repairs. There are usually April and October weekends available to serve (http://www.6stones.org/cpr/).

Fall Festival: Every year around Halloween we join the city of Euless for serving our city with a community party that includes a trunk or treat and huge inflatables provided by Metroplex Chapel. We love and serve by giving out candy and organizing the inflatable games at the Euless Family Life Center by the Euless Rec center.

Operation Back to School: We join 6stones every August to serve our struggling community to help start a new school year. The goal of Operation Back 2 School is to supply these students with a new backpack, school supplies and provide their parents with resources to help all year long (http://www.6stones.org/ob2s/).

Night of Hope: We join 6 Stones in December as a church and share the Joy of Christmas with over 3,250 deserving children and their families in the HEB community by throwing a Christmas party and doing a gift adoption for a local elementary school (http://www.6stones.org/noh/).

1st Sunday: Every 1st Sunday of the month we as a church bring canned food and clothing to give to 6 Stones New Hope Center to help love our community.

Outreach Night Wednesdays: Almost every 4th Wednesday of the month we live out the love of God by having a night devoted solely to bringing friends to make memories with and reach with the love and care of community in Jesus. Activities have included messy games, fun games, serving our community, and making great memories together.

Random Service: We seek to love others constantly through any and every opportunity that may come our way. This may include loving and caring for the lonely, serving and loving a local business, food drives, food pantry volunteering, or any act of love that you can think of that would reflect this simple truth to the world around us: You are worth it to Jesus Christ!
